    3rd Weigh-In

    Well, we got on the scale this past Monday and as I had feared, it had not been a great week for me.  BUT, I did lose 1/2lb.  A loss is a loss and I will take it.  I feel strongly that our next Monday will be a good weigh in for me.  Chris lost another 3lbs so that is great!  Considering we have not been exercising, our weight loss has gone well.  We really need to get into a routine and incorporate exercise but we have just been concentrating on the eating right part for now.  We have a treadmill so there really is not excuse except for laziness.  I really don't know how people do it.  We both work 40+ hours each week and we have a VERY active 5 year old little girl.  Where do people find the time?

    Finding time can be done in non-conventional ways. Do some exercising in the kitchen while making dinner. There has to be a point where you are waiting for water to boil or a microwave to finish. Every little thing counts.
    Another time would be while watching tv. Commercials provide a good place to do a set of pushups or situps or jumping jacks.
     
    Hope this helps some and keep making smart choices.

LOL Wow he is from The Lowry's area, we are in the Armenia community only a few miles from his home. Now that is real cool. Congrats on your weight loss, even if you don't think it is much. It is great, I say any loss is a loss that is no longer on my body....woo hoo. Keep it going!
